What is your cancellation policy for group bookings?
For group bookings, cancellations made 7+ days before the scheduled visit qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. However, in case of adverse weather conditions leading to Gondola closure, we offer a full refund or rescheduling option.
